    No complains at all, had a really good stay for one night. Appreciated a laptop-compatible safe, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven in the room. Absolutely perfect location and overall the staff was well-trained. We ate at the Michelin-starred restaurant:)))

    Our 5-night stay was amazing. The room is really comfortable with a lot of details that made our stay one of the best we've ever had. The staff is very efficient and kind. They solved our needs very quickly. The breakfast was very tasty and with a wide variety of choices including an "a la carte" menu. Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai was a memorable experience.

    This was a solid choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Shanghai with great value. The personal concierge was helpful and made our arrival special. Be sure to make reservations for dinner at the Grand brasserie as it can get quiet.
